• They were complete & transparent in all financial disclosures (incomes, marital assets, & debts).
• They each had the opportunity to seek independent financial, tax, and legal advice and enter this agreement willfully and voluntarily.
• They will follow through on their promised actions regarding titles, deeds, account ownership, and any exchange of asset or debt ownership rights as listed in a timely manner as documented in the exhibits.
• They forever waive spousal support.
